"We recently sold a vehicle and wanted to terminate that car from our insurance. However, we could not do that until our plates were turned in. When I told Christine that it was hard for my husband to get to the DMV before they closed, she not a problem I will swing by your place and do it for you! "I recently needed to use my Roadside Assistance when my car broke down on an entrance ramp to the arterial. I filled out all the details of what happened, what assistance I needed, and where I wanted the vehicle taken for repair on the online roadside assistance request form, and within an hour a tow truck had my car and brought it to the repair shop I requested. I was very happy with the service I received, and very glad I had purchased Roadside Assistance coverage for our vehicles."
